Word Engagement/PPC Add-Ins - Checking for disabled items

ISSUE: If when you open Excel workpapers from Engagement and any of the following things happen:

• Incorrect file names
• No Engagement tab in the Ribbon
• TB link functions not functioning properly
• PPC WPs with macros not appearing
• Unable to add comments to Review Comments WP

SOLUTION: Follow the steps below to resolve these issues 

• Close all open Microsoft applications
• Open Microsoft Word outside of Engagement
• Select File in the Ribbon > Options > Add-ins
• At the bottom next to Manage select the drop-down arrow, select Disabled Items, and select Go

• If anything is listed select it and choose Enable, then Close
• Under the Manage option, select Com Add-ins
• Select Go
• Confirm that the relevant add-ins from the list below are selected

-  Pfx.Ribbon.WordAddin

-  PPCWord12
-  PPCWord12Repurpose

• Go back into the Add-Ins via File > Options > Add-ins
• Under the Manage option, select Word Add-ins
• Select Go and be sure the following add-in is there and checked, anything else should be unchecked

Word Add-ins

-  Epace.dot

• Select OK > Close the program > Re-open the program
