Engagement - Reset your password

ISSUE: If an Engagement password is forgotten.

Open Engagement on your computer or in Citrix
If not already filled in, enter your username
Click on the link below the login information "Forgot password?"

A window will appear stating that a temporary password will be sent to your email address

Once you receive the email you can copy and paste the temporary password from the email into the Password field on the Engagement login window
A window will appear to reset your password
Copy and paste the temporary password into the Old password field and then enter a new password and confirm

Once you are in Engagement. Express Sync any binder to update your password in the KSMENG CFR and complete the password reset process
