12 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams and Click the More Actions Icon

2. Click Settings

3. Click Devices

4. Click the Audio Devices dropdown

5. Click the correct Audio Device from the dropdown menu

6. Click Speaker

7. Click the correct speaker from the dropdown menu

8. Click Microphone

9. Click the correct Microphone from the dropdown menu

10. Click Make a Test Call to test your devices

11. When the meeting window appears wait for the audio instructions and perform a microphone/speaker test.

12. Click End Call after completing the test
