Microsoft Teams - How to get Attendance for a Teams Webinar
8 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams then click Calendar
2. Double-click the Webinar Event (After if has happened)
3. Click Registration
4. Here you can see all who attended the Webinar, and their participation duration
5. Click on a participant to view more information
6. To download as an excel sheet, Click Download
7. Click Downloaded Viewing... when it appears at the bottom right of your screen. Alternatively, you can access this file in your Windows File Explorer
8. That's it you're done!
