13 STEPS
1. After locating the Zoom Room Controller
Click "New Meeting"
2. Click Invite
3. Click the search bar
4. Type in the name of the staff member you wish to invite.
5. Click the bubble next to each individuals name. You may select multiple at once!
6. Click Invite
7. In Order to email an invitation.
Click Participants
8. Click Invite
9. Click Email
10. Click Email Address
11. Type in the email of the recipient you wish to invite
11b. Click
12. Click Send
13. Now you wait for them to join.
That's it You're Done!
