Zoom Rooms - How to Join with the PMI or Meeting Link

** Best experienced in Full Screen (click the icon in the top right corner before you begin) **
5 STEPS
1. After you locate the Room Controller,
Click Join
2. Next Type in the Meeting ID or Personal Meeting Link
This information can be found in your Email invitation
3. To find the PMI or Meeting ID.
Open your Email invitation and then Look for the 10-digit-code that is at the end of the Join Link.
This is the Code you want to Type into the Room Controller
4. Type in the Meeting ID and Click Join
4b. Click
5. The Zoom Room will then Join into the meeting.
That's it!
