Zoom Room - How to Join a Teams Meeting

10 STEPS
1. After locating the Room Controller
Click Join
2. Wait for the Room to join the Teams Meeting
3. Once the Room Connects, Someone from in the meeting will have to admit the Zoom Room into the Teams meeting
4. If no one can let you into the meeting.
Locate the meeting on your calendar
5. Doubleclick the meeting invitation
6. Click Join Teams Meeting
7. Click Join Now
8. Once you enter the meeting it should alert you that the Zoom Room is waiting in the Lobby.
Click Admit
9. Once you see the Zoom Room has joined into the meeting. Click Leave
10. That's it!
You're Done!
