BNA - Installing the Turbo plug-in

BNA Income Tax Planner

ISSUE: If you are ever unable to open a client plan or have received a new computer the Turbo plug-in needs to be installed.

Open BNA Income Tax Planner Web and log in - click Download and install

Once the download completes click on it to begin the install

Select Continue

Once the installation finishes select Clients and search to find the desired Client

A box will appear prompting to Open Turbo.net, check the box and select Open

In the next box that appears check the box to trust and select Run.

Your Client plan will open at this point for you to work in

**NOTE: Be sure before opening any client plan that your screen scaling on all your monitors is set to 100%. Any other setting will cause the plan to display oddly and limit usability.
