Microsoft Teams - Dial in to a Conference with an International Number

7 STEPS

1. The first step is to Open the Calendar invite through Outlook

2. Next, if you are calling from Indiana Click on the Dial Number for Indiana

3. Next, you will be asked for the Conference Phone ID which will be located on your email invitation

4. If your number is not listed you can find International numbers by Clicking "Find a Local Number"

5. Outlook will open a web browser and show you all of the Microsoft Teams Conference Dial-in Numbers for International Calls.

Click the one that corresponds to your region.

6. Dial the Number you wish to use

7. When asked, type in the Phone Conference ID number given in the email invitation.

That's it. You're done.
