21 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams.
Then Click Calls
2. Click Voicemail
3. Using the History section, you can view all missed calls where a voicemail was left.
This will allow you to read or listen to your voicemail messages.
4. To listen to a voicemail message, Click on the voicemail you would like to listen to.
5. Then click the play button.
6. Now let's go over configuring Voicemail greetings.
Click more options, at the top right.
7. Click Settings
8. Click Calls
9. Click Configure Voicemail
10. Click Record a Greeting
11. Use the dial pad to follow the given prompts for setting up your voicemail.
12. Once you have completed the Voicemail Greeting and confirmed you wish to use it actively, Click Leave
13. Click More Options
14. Click Settings
15. Click Calls
16. Click Configure Voicemail
17. There are also other settings here that you can select to decide how your calls should be managed.
Call Answer Rules will allow you to choose what happens when someone goes to voicemail.
18. Additionally, you can click, "When I have an Out of Office Calendar Event", You can automatically set your Out of Office message to play, based on when you have Out of Office time scheduled on your calendar.
19. You Can also Utilize Text-To-Speech for your voicemail message, using the "Your Custom Greeting" section
20. You can provide an additional Out of Office Greeting with Text to Speech using the "Your Custom Out of Office Greeting" section
21. When Finished, Click OK
