Engagement - Unable to detect a connection
ISSUE:
"Unable to detect a connection to either the network or SQL. Close the application and contact the network administrator" when logging into CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement or Workpaper Manager.
RESOLUTION 1:
- click the windows button
- type appchecker and select CCH ProSystem fx Engagement App Checker UI
- when the dialog window appears, select Fix All
- Close appchecker and re-open Engagement
