Engagement - Cannot Edit Documents in Engagement Binder

ISSUE:

Staff cannot make changes to documents in a binder even though they are the current editor

RESOLUTION:

Workpapers can only be edited in one file room in our environment, either Citrix or laptop

Example 1:

Staff has checked out a WP in the Local File room on Citrix and they are trying to access on their local laptop

Example 2:

Staff has checked out a WP in the laptop Local File room and they are trying to access in their Citrix local file room

The staff will need to check the workpaper(s) back in from the source location so they can open it in the desired fileroom.
