Engagement - ERROR: Not a Staff Member Assigned to this Binder

ISSUE:

Receiving the message "You are not a staff member assigned to this binder"

RESOLUTION:

Manager and above have the ability to assign staff to a binder.

Express synch the binder to your local file room
Right-click over the binder and select properties > binder staff
Select Assign
Select *ALL KSM* only or select the specific staff's group or name
Select OK > OK > Express synch the binder back to the KSM CFR or to the staff, if in Field mode
