Axcess - Error Code 16393 when Dynalinking to Engagement ISSUE: "Exception occurred while communicating with DDE Server. ErrorCode: 16393" when attempting to Dynalink between ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess Tax. If this is the first time to attempt to perform a dynalink to Axcess Tax and have not ran the Tax Software Interface inside Engagement then the error will occur. If this error is occurring with an existing Dynalink, verify that all users have full access to the C:\Pfx Engagement\WM\Dynalink.ini and also the local file room workpapers folder.
