ISSUE:

• Outlook 365
• Outlook freezes in the middle of an email when selecting the grammar check (blue lines) option in an email
• Email closes and Outlook crashes
• Email is not saved in drafts

RESOLUTION:

The grammar check needs to be turned off and back on

• Open Outlook > file > options > mail > editor options >  uncheck "Mark grammar errors as you type" > OK > close outlook
• Open Outlook > file > options > mail > editor options >  check "Mark grammar errors as you type" > OK > close outlook
• Open Outlook and test
