Adobe Sign-in

ISSUE:

Adobe is asking you to use the 7-day trial instead of the Enterprise version. Staff could have received a new laptop

RESOLUTION:

Log out of Adobe
Log in to Adobe > accept the trial
Go to Help > Manage my account > sign out of the online version
Sign back in to Adobe > Select Work/School
Use the KSM - Ent license account
