Adobe - How to Edit Scanned Documents

** Best experienced in Full Screen (click the icon in the top right corner before you begin) **

7 STEPS

1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro. Open your desired file.

2. Click Edit PDF from the Tools menu

3. All editable text will highlight with a light blue border once the OCR process completes. Click to change your desired text

4. Once you have edited the text in the file, Click File

5. Click Save As

6. Type in File name: and Click Save
