15 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Adobe Acrobat Pro and locate the first file to compare

2. If the Compare Tools option is not in your Tools menu, select the More Tools button

3. Scroll to locate the Compare Tools tool and Click Add to pin the tool to the tool menu.

4. Click the tab to select your source document.

5. Click the Compare Files tool in the Tool Menu

6. Click Select File to locate and select the file you want in the comparison

7. Click Browse for File

8. Locate the file and Click Open

9. Click Compare text only

10. Click Compare

11. Click Go to First Change

12. You will be taken to the first instance of a change.
In this case, "and between" was in the original document, but was removed from the second document.
Click the down arrow to navigate to the next change.

13. In this case, the word Primary was removed and replaced with Main.
Click the down arrow to go to the next difference, if applicable.
Once complete, Click Close to end the document comparison

14. The resulting Compare Report will contain all of the differences between the two documents. Click Save.

15. Click Save

That's it. You're done.
