9 STEPS
1. The first step is to open a PDF file you want to apply redaction to
2. Click More Tools to add the Redaction tool to the Tool menu.
3. Locate the Redact tool. Click Add to add the shortcut to the Tools menu.
4. Click the File tab
5. Click Redact
6. Click and drag to highlight the desired Redact areas. Select Apply when you are ready to apply the changes to the file.
7. Click Continue to apply the Redactions and remove any hidden information.
8. Click Save to save the document.
9. That's it. You're done.
