Accounting CS - User forgot password
ISSUE: User has forgotten their password for Accounting CS.
SOLUTION: Use the password reset link on the login splash page.
- Upon launching the CS Professional Suite login page will appear.
- Click on the Reset Password link below the login fields.
- Verify the email address in the email field and click Reset My Password.
- Click on Go To Sign On to return to the login page.
- An email like the one below will be sent to the email address you designated above.
- Please note the subject line and sending email address in the email below.
- The password reset email is only valid for 24 hours.
- The email should arrive within 20 minutes, if it does not, please reach out to the KSM helpdesk.
- Click on the Reset Password button.
- Click on the requirements link if you need guidance.
- Enter your password and confirm it.
- Click Reset My Password.
- Return to the Accounting CS login screen and use your email address and new password to login.
