Axcess Tax - Client number not saving
ISSUE:
Client number shows a red X stopping me from creating a new client/return in Axcess Tax
SOLUTION:
For staff personal returns, please do not use the Client sub-ID field. only use the Client ID field and include the full 99000.####XX where #### is your employee ID and XX is the next available increment in your group of returns.
