SOLUTION: See the steps below

• Open Axcess Return Manager
  
• Enter the client name/number
  
• Locate the year of the return you want to roll forward
  
• Select the checkbox of the return
  
• Select Roll Forward from the toolbar
  
• Select a Tax template that corresponds to your return type, this is mandatory
  

• Select Create
• The return will roll forward, have the template settings applied, and open up
• Calculate the return and save it
• Close the return 
• Repeat the steps above until the desired year is created

Please always select save to establish the return. If you close and do not save, the return will be removed with no recovery option available, even if you have worked on it.
