Axcess Tax - Setup Direct Debit Payments for Indiana 1040 Returns.

ISSUE:
The client has requested direct debit payments for their e-filed Indiana Individual tax return


RESOLUTION:

To set up direct debit for the e-filed Indiana individual tax return, see steps below

  • Go to General > Basic Data > 4 - Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Withdrawal
  • Select the Detail button
  • Line 1 > Enter "IN" in the State box
  • Line 3 > Select the checkbox
  • Line 5 > Enter date only if applicable
  • Lines 8 - 11 > Enter Name of Bank, Routing #, Account#, Type of account
  • Line 15 > Select the checkbox
  • Line 17 > Select "All states/Cities"
  • Line 28 > Select "Domestic account"
