Google Chrome - Clear Page Cache and Hard Reset Page
ISSUE:

PE (Practice Engine) is not rendering correctly or is having graphical errors.

PE is not allowing you access to certain areas.

PE is giving error "The Job workflow status could not be updated. The job is not in progress."

DMS is not displaying the DMS or Portal Tools.

DMS is not displaying the most up-to-date tools or features.
- Generally a good first step in dealing with PE/DMS(SharePoint) issues overall.
RESOLUTION:
Follow the steps below to clear the page cache and perform a hard reset
- On the Client page that has the issues press "F12". The Developer Tools Pane will appear.

- On the upper-left of the browser Right-Click the refresh button and select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"

- If no drop-down menu appears, click refresh and try to right click again.

- You may now close the developer tools pane by pressing F12 or clicking the X on the pane..
