Freshservice - How to Report an Issue
If you need to report an IT issue please do the following
1. Go to https://support.ksmcpa.com/support/home and please use your network credentials if prompted.
2. Select Report an Issue
3. As you enter a subject in the subject line, review the Suggested Articles on the right side to research the issue you might be having. Select the article to review a possible solution:
4. Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, including screenshots and error messages. Use the following as a guide:
- Client Number and Name
- Year (if applicable)
- Application you are using
- Screenshots of error messages
5. After completing the form, please hit Submit. An IT Support Technician will contact you after reviewing the issue
