1. Navigate to https://support.ksmcpa.com/support/home
2. Select Lost Client
3. Enter your name as the requestor or the name of the staff the request originated from and select the appropriate email address.
4. Enter the required request information.
An attachment can be submitted as well for longer lists.
5. Select Place Request
