- Step One > ENTER (Use uppercase to indicate a key on the keyboard).
- ENTER > Select Indent from toolbar > Select numbering and lower Alpha to get sub-section with alpha characters
- OR select bullet points to change to circle as the indent
- Use SHIFT + ENTER to insert line, keep formatting and not add a number
- When you hit ENTER again, the next number progression or bullet point will auto-insert
- In order to advance to the next number, instead of Alpha, press SHIFT + ENTER to insert blank > ENTER > select DECREASE INDENT from toolbar (or ENTER twice)
- Step Two > SHIFT+ ENTER to make non-numbered or non-bulleted line for image. Use screen snip to capture image and then paste in next line

- Step Three > ENTER.
- Step Four > SHIFT+ ENTER to make non-numbered or non-bulleted line for image. Use screen snip to capture image and then paste in next line

- And so on...
- ENTER > Select Indent from toolbar > Select numbering and lower Alpha to get sub-section with alpha characters.
- ENTER to get next Alpha

- Add link to other articles, if relevant.
- Use bullets as well.
- when identifying to select this then that and the other, use this format
- Select THIS > THAT > THE OTHER
- Do NOT copy and paste from Word as the formatting will NOT follow as nicely as you hope. It will look OK, but you will not be able to use any FS formatting, if needed.
