Axcess Tax - Setup CCH Axcess Tax account
ISSUE:
- Staff does not have a CCH Axcess Tax account.
- This can be useful when investigating issues with Axcess Tax
- This can also be useful if staff need to lookup diagnostic codes for rejections or codes in the actual Axcess Tax return
RESOLUTION:
- Click the link to go to the setup page: https://support.cch.com/login/register.aspx
- Enter your email address, and click Next
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country
- Create a password
- Select Language Preference
- Check the box for Email for MFA
- Choose any option for how you heard about this site
- Uncheck box to subscirbe if desired, agree to terms and check the Captcha box
- Select Register
- Go to your email and activate your account
- Click the Login button and verify you can log in
- Send a code to your email
- Enter the code and check the box to trust for 30 days
- Click Yes, add my account
- Enter account number 757887
- Select Basic Access
- Enter Zip Code 46240
- Select Add this account
