Axcess Tax - Setup CCH Axcess Tax account

ISSUE:

Staff does not have a CCH Axcess Tax account.
This can be useful when investigating issues with Axcess Tax
This can also be useful if staff need to lookup diagnostic codes for rejections or codes in the actual Axcess Tax return

RESOLUTION:

Click the link to go to the setup page: https://support.cch.com/login/register.aspx
Enter your email address, and click Next
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country
Create a password
Select Language Preference
Check the box for Email for MFA
Choose any option for how you heard about this site
Uncheck box to subscirbe if desired, agree to terms and check the Captcha box
Select Register
Go to your email and activate your account
Click the Login button and verify you can log in
Send a code to your email
Enter the code and check the box to trust for 30 days
Click Yes, add my account
Enter account number 757887
Select Basic Access
Enter Zip Code 46240
Select Add this account

NOTE: There is a Virtual representative chat and a Live chat feature available. Only use the Live Chat as we have access to that for your account.
