DMS - File Classification Missing from Properties

ISSUE:

File classification missing from file properties in DMS

RESOLUTION:

Sometimes DMS will not apply the DMS Columns Content Type to a newly uploaded file and you will need to apply it manually

Select the file
On the right-hand side, in the column, select the Content Type dropdown and then select "DMS Columns"
This will correct the issue
If you need to edit multiple files then you follow the same procedures noted above except select Save to changes to multiple files when you have completed your changes
