How to Reset Client Sharefile 2-Step Verification Method

ISSUE:
The client needs to change their 2-step verification phone number

SOLUTION


  1.  The user must be signed in to ShareFile first in order to change

  2.  Click on the Personal Settings tab
  3.  Click on Two-Step Verification



  4.  Click the Edit Tab



  5. Enter the new phone number and hit the Send button



        6. Enter the Code sent by SMS or Voice call and press the Verify button
