ISSUE: 

The user needs to be setup in LinkedPhone

SOLUTION:

1. Email support@linkedphone.freshdesk.com to add another user and give the following information: 
   • First and last name
   • Work cell phone number
   • Email accountingservices@ksmcpa.com. Email from the accountingservices@ksmcpa.com account
     
     
2. Once they confirm the user has been added, download the LinkedPhone app on your cellphone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/2nd-line-second-phone-number/id1304985788 Look for this icon:
   
   
3. Enter your mobile number
   
   
4. Update your notification preferences
   
   
5. Our number is 260-786-0955. Use this number when setting up verification options for client accounts
