How to Access the Self Service Portal

ISSUE: 

Users may need to access the self-service portal in order to install/update/fix an application


SOLUTION:

Please follow the below steps

  1. Select the up arrow on the bottom right of your taskbar and right-click on the Desktop Central Icon


  2. Select "Self Service Portal"


  3. On the Self-Service Portal you can select the application you want to install/update/fix


  4. Once the installation has been completed, your results will be displayed in the Last Action – Status and Remarks columns
