How To Add a Designation to Your Signature in Xink
ISSUE: Need to add or update your designation in Xink for your Outlook signature
SOLUTION:

Right-click on the Show Hidden Icons symbol
- Right-click on the Xink icon

Click on the My Contact Details tab

Enter your new Designation and select the Save button
