ISSUE:

The SurePrep OutSource team does not have access to a KSM Client 1040 in order to provide prep services

RESOLUTION:

The SP_Outsource group is assigned to all returns that fall under the _KSMOSR Office and 6KSMOSR Business Unit. Follow the steps below to re-assign the client to the _KSMOSR Office

• From the Return Manager screen, select the icon in the upper-left to open the CCH Axcess Tax Dashboard
  
  
  
• Select Client Manager in CLIENT section
  
  
• Enter the Client ID that you want to modify to provide access in the Client ID field, select ENTER
  
  
• In the Office field, select _KSMOSR
  
  
• Select SAVE and CLOSE
