ISSUE:

• Trying to open an excel file and nothing happens
• No error is present
• Excel process does not start/stop

RESOLUTION:

• In reviewing the detail of the file, it was received from the client
• Determined that the file had an .XLSB file extension
• Excel files with .XLSB files are NOT supported in Engagement
• Open the file outside of Engagement > File > Save As > new name with .XLSX format
• Bring the file back into Engagement and confirm opening
