18 STEPS
1. The first step is to navigate to Barracuda
The landing page should look like this.
2. Next, enter your KSM Email address
3. Select Next
4. In the Message log you will be able to see your quarantine.
5. Depending on the Message Filter option you may see all email or quarantined email.
6. Select an Email
7. When you select an email a details pane will appear at the bottom of the screen. Here you can look at the body of the email and delivery status.
8. Additionally while reviewing an email in your message log you have options to control how the email is handled, including delivering an email
9. Allow List, will put the recipient on your white-list.
10. Block will allow you to block senders or the entire sender domain.
11. Download will download the email to your PC.
12. Show Message History will show you the travel history of the email.
13. Open will open the details window for the email.
14. Deliver will send the email to your inbox.
15. Select the check box next to the email you wish to release.
16. Then Select Deliver
17. For emails accompanied by a Red colored square, IT will need to assist with the release of these emails. Please email helpdesk@ksmcpa.com to help with the emails accompanied by a Red square
18. After that is complete, if your message was blocked but not marked as Red your message will be delivered to your mailbox.
