8 STEPS
1. The first step is to navigate to Barracuda.
2. Enter your KSM Email Address
3. Select Next
4. Using the Message Log pane, you can view All your emails or your quarentined emails based on the Message Filter Option
5. Select an Email
6. When you select an email a Details pane will appear which will allow you to review details of the selected email
7. Select the Block dropdown menu.
8. Here you can choose to block Domain or Email
Blocking Domain will send any future emails from the sender domain to your quarantine.
Blocking Email will send any future emails from the recipient to your quarantine.
