How to launch your Virtual Desktop from VMware Horizon Client
You will see the below client installed on your desktop. Please double click to open the application.
A new window will show up with a tile named “view.ksmcpa.com”. Click that tile.
A logon prompt will present itself. Type in your network logon credentials. Once you hit enter, a Duo push, or phone call will be sent to your phone.
After you have logged in, a new tile called “KSM Desktops” will show. Please click this tile to access your Virtual Desktop.
Congratulations! You are now logged into your Horizon Virtual Desktop!
NOTE: You may see this prompt after first login, it is okay to click "Allow"
