How to manage shared mailbox quarantine

Navigate to ess.barracudanetworks.com.
Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the Email Address field and click Next.
On the Email Gateway Defense login screen under the "Logging into a shared mailbox..." section, click Email a temporary passcode.
Wait a few minutes for the passcode to arrive in the shared mailbox. This generally takes less than 5 minutes.
Copy the code from the email and return to the sign in page.
Enter the code in the Temporary Passcode filed and click Log in.
