How to manage shared mailbox quarantine
Modified on: Sat, Dec 9 2023 7:15 PM- Navigate to ess.barracudanetworks.com.
- Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the Email Address field and click Next.
- On the Email Gateway Defense login screen under the "Logging into a shared mailbox..." section, click Email a temporary passcode.
- Wait a few minutes for the passcode to arrive in the shared mailbox. This generally takes less than 5 minutes.
- Copy the code from the email and return to the sign in page.
- Enter the code in the Temporary Passcode filed and click Log in.
