ISSUE:

• Staff receiving an error message on Zee Drive noting the following regarding the Zee Drive Suscription Status
• "Zee Drive failed to start up due to error "This version of Zee Drive has expired. Please use a new version"
  
  

RESOLUTION:

• Click the following link to locate and download the most current version
• https://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/
• Locate the link to "Download Zee Drive and Start Your Trial Now" > double-click to run
• Click next on the following screen
  
  
  
• Click Upgrade on the following screen
  
  
  
• Click Exit at the following screen. Log off and back on for the update to occur
  
  
  
• To check your current version, locate and click the Zee Drive icon in the system tray by the clock on your machine
• When the screen appears, select What do you want to do?
• Select View Summary of your subscription to see that the version is the latest
