Teams Voice - Join or leave a call queue
If you have been added to a call queue in Teams Voice, follow these steps to enable or disable your ability to receive calls from the call queue.
1. Open Teams and click the Settings and More menu to the left of your account picture, then click Settings.
2. In the Settings window, click the Calls tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Calls tab until you see the Call Queues section and a list of queues you are a member of. If you do not see this section, you have not been added to any queues.
4. To the right of each queue is a toggle to enable receiving calls (on) or disable receiving calls (off) for that queue. Set your preference for each queue and close the settings window. Changes should take effect within 2 minutes.
