Outlook - How to Remove a Calendar Delegate

ISSUE: Need to remove a user’s access to an individual’s calendar
 
SOLUTION

 

  1. Open Outlook and click on the “File” tab at the top left. 
     
  2. Click on the Account Settings tab.


  3. Click on Delegate Access.

  4. Select the user name and click on the Remove tab and then the OK tab
