Checkpoint - How to Install e-Forms RS
ISSUE:
- Staff is not getting the pass-through login to e-Forms RS
- Staff being asked for account, name, password
RESOLUTION:
- e-Forms RS is a direct pass-through from logging in to https://checkpoint.riag.com/ directly
- e-Forms RS shows up under the Tools section
- staff click the e-Forms and are processed through
- if e-Forms RS is not available as a tool, staff needs to have their subscription updated
- Send a request to the help desk to add e-Forms to your toolset
- Have staff exit Chrome and Checkpoint RIA
- Add WEB5 and WSLC order to the staff from Checkpoint Admin
- Navigate to staff machine and Open Chrome
- Close Chrome
- Open Chrome and navigate to https://checkpoint.riag.com/ and login with staff credentials
- Agree to any popups > Select Tools > e-Form RS > Continue > Continue

If this still does not work in Chrome, try it in Edge.
- Enter the following link in the Edge browser: edge://flags/#edge-click-once
- Scroll to ClickOnce Support setting and select Enabled from the dropdown list
- Restart the browser
