Accounting CS - Update 2fa Number

ISSUE:

Staff have changed the 2fa number for Thomson products, including: Fixed Assets CS, Accounting CS and UltraTax CS

SOLUTION:

Navigate to https://account.thomsonreuters.com/en-us/profile/about
Select Try another method
Select email > Enter the code > Continue
Select Manage Verification
Select - Remove Number under Phone > Remove
Setup new Phone Authentication > Select Phone > +Add number
Enter your new number when prompted > Text Message > Continue
Enter the Text Verficiation > Verify
Record the code that is presented in LastPass in case you need to authenticate with a recovery code
Select Continue
Once you finish > close the browser and you can re-try access to the Thmosnon products
