ISSUE:

• Staff have changed the 2fa number for Thomson products, including: Fixed Assets CS, Accounting CS and UltraTax CS

SOLUTION:

• Navigate to https://account.thomsonreuters.com/en-us/profile/about
• Select Try another method
• Select email > Enter the code > Continue
• Select Manage Verification
  
  
  
• Select - Remove Number under Phone > Remove
  
  
  
• Setup new Phone Authentication > Select Phone > +Add number
  
  
  
• Enter your new number when prompted > Text Message > Continue
  
  
  
• Enter the Text Verficiation > Verify
  
  
  
• Record the code that is presented in LastPass in case you need to authenticate with a recovery code
• Select Continue
• Once you finish > close the browser and you can re-try access to the Thmosnon products
