Adobe Sign - How to Access Shared Profile

ISSUE:

  • Staff cannot access a shared profile in Adobe Sign
  • Managed by Tony Miller/Drew Cherry


SOLUTION:

  • Enabled Advanced Sharing on our KSM Adobe Sign account
    • Advanced sharing allows for another admin to be able to edit, cancel, download and re-send documents
  • Setup Drew Cherry as an admin
  • Shared Taylor Leslie account

  • Once logged into Adobe Sign > select Manage
  • On the top left, under Your agreements > Select the drop down > Select All shared agreements (or just Taylor Leslie)
  • Locate the document you are interested in under the Status grouping structure
  • Select a document to download and re-send under a new signature
  • You are also able to check tracking on documents
    • Select a document > review Actions > make selections as required
