ISSUE:

• CFS Payroll does not list any client information
• Client info did not roll from PY

SOLUTION:

• No client info was rolled from PY
• All 1099, W2, 1095, 1098, etc. shoudl be prepped in Yearli. Production has the proper steps. No efiling will occur in CFS Payroll
• If CFS still needs to be used, you will need to roll the client from the PY
  • Open CFS Payroll
  • Select Utilities > Import (YEAR) Clients/Payees/Preparers/Labels
  • Select Next when asked to point to PY path
  • Locate the specific client you want > Select the client > Select Finish
  • Select Yes to continue > Select No to update payee demographics
  • Select OK to finish
