ISSUE: Staff member's CAF number or some other personal information is missing. 

RESOLUTION: Use the steps below to edit your profile in TaxTools.

1. Open the version of TaxTools that is needed. 
2. Once open select File > Preparer/Rep Database...
   
   
   
   
3. Use the dropdown to find your name
4. Make the desired change to your profile
5. Select Save and then select Close
