CodeTwo - How to Adjust Signature Attributes

ISSUE:

Staff wants to modify one of the following attributes in their signature:
- Pronoun
- ShareFile "upload files here" link
- Mobile phone number
Staff can view only the following attributes. A help desk ticket is required for modification:
- Alternate job title, if applicable
- Designation
- Fax number
- Company phone number
- Active job title

RESOLUTION:

Navigate to https://user.codetwo.com/
Enter KSM network credentials, if prompted
Update pronoun or ShareFile link
If you remove the mobile phone, it will not show up on the signature line until the refresh option is selected
If any items that are view only are incorrect, please submit a ticket to helpdesk@ksmcpa.com
